Welcome to Qocktails & Qonversations, Strategies in Stilettos, and all Sapphire by Subscription initiatives (collectively, the “Platform”), owned and operated by Sapphire Kharyzma ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, purchasing, or participating in our content, experiences, and services, you ("User," "Member," or "Subscriber") agree to these Terms of Service ("TOS").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing, purchasing, or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these TOS, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

We offer exclusive digital content, masterclasses, livestreams, coaching, luxury experiences, and private community access under various subscription models and pay-per-view services. The Platform includes, but is not limited to:

• Qocktails & Qonversations – A luxury social experience and content platform fostering high-value discussions, networking, and curated events.

• Strategies in Stilettos – A business and branding strategy hub combining faith, strategy, and The Art of War for women entrepreneurs.

• Sapphire by Subscription – Exclusive member-only content, experiences, and premium business-building resources.

3. Membership & Subscription Plans

3.1 Subscription Fees & Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected.

• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

• Failure to process a payment may result in account suspension until payment is received.

3.2 Pay-Per-View (PPV) Purchases

• Single-event or masterclass purchases grant limited-time access (e.g., 48 hours or lifetime access as stated at purchase).

• PPV content is non-refundable and cannot be transferred.

4. Content Usage & Intellectual Property

• All content, including videos, masterclasses, templates, and resources, is protected by copyright and owned by Sapphire Kharyzma.

• Members may not distribute, share, record, or resell any content without explicit written permission.

• Violation of content policies may result in account termination and legal action.

5. Community Guidelines

To maintain a safe, respectful, and empowering environment, members must:
✔ Engage respectfully with other members in discussions and events.
✔ Avoid hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior.
✔ Not spam, solicit, or promote unauthorized third-party products/services.

Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in account suspension or permanent removal from the Platform.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings; however, all payments are final and non-refundable.

• If a cancellation occurs before the end of a billing period, access will continue until the period expires.

7. Modifications to Service & Pricing

We reserve the right to change pricing, service offerings, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via email.

8. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee specific results from using our services. Under no circumstances shall Sapphire Kharyzma be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from Platform use.

• Business losses, data breaches, or personal dissatisfaction with content.

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration before legal action.
